- Did you made any system changes prior to this issue?
- Does this issue persist while printing from specific app or from all programs/app?
- Is printer connected to PC with wired connection or wireless connection?
Try the Methods below and check if it helps.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to download the printer drivers from the manufacturer’s website and install it on your computer in compatibility mode and check.
Follow the steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.
- Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
- Right-click on the installer and click on 'Properties'.
- Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box 'Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
- Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

Hi,
The problem is still exist.
regarding the error message:
1. after trying to print the test page after reinstalled the driver: 'cannot print'.
2.after using troubleshooting software: I got the error code'0x803C010B'.
regarding the compatibility mode checking, as I am using the window 10 'add printer' algorithm and run the installation by using 'have disk', to locate 'ss0emenu.inf' from driver folder, from this process, how to get the compatibility checking?

For all of those who are using network printers, the reason for the issue to occur can be due to SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol). SNMP manages devices on a network. Some Printers may not support this protocol, because this obtains the printer's statusregardless of whether or not they support SNMP, although it only supplies simple status information for those devices.
I suggest you to disable the SNMP option from the printer properties. To do that please follow the steps below:
- Open Control Panel.
- Select Hardware and Printers option.
- Right click on the Network printer (your printer).
- Choose Properties.
- Go to the Ports tab and choose Configure.
- Uncheck SNMP Status Enable option.
- Restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

I check the port configuration , the SNMP status enable option is
unchecked, nevertheless, I remove the printer and reinstalled
it, and restart the computer, the printing problem is still unsolved.
one strange findings as even the printer is removed, I check the port list,
the TCPIP address with _x (for example I had a port adress from
192.168.10.yyy,

Another strange symptom, after I sent a file to printer, the printing status of printer shows the file is Que for printing, it takes a while (more than a minute) to response that the printer cannot print the file, but after few hours the file is printed even after I had removed the printer (as my computer printer is removed now and the file I sent yesterday just showed in the printer today morning..)..

The problem is that Sharp doesn't have a compatible driver for Windows 10. We have the same Sharp unit as Zeith in our office and Windows 10 finds the printer and installs it, but the latest Sharp driver is unsupported. So, you can see the printer as a device and can look at its properties, but you cannot update the driver and Windows won't install the older versions of the driver. Until Windows and/or Sharp updates their respective software..........stalemate.
